접경지역 지원 특별법 제19조(부담금 등의 감면)
Special Act on Support for Border Areas, Article 19 (Reduction or Exemption of Charges, etc.)
국가와 지방자치단체는 발전종합계획과 연도별 사업계획을 효율적으로 추진하기 위하여 필요한 경우에는 제13조에 따른 사업의 시행승인을 받은 자에게 다음 각 호의 부담금 등을 감면할 수 있다.
Where necessary to efficiently promote the Comprehensive Development Plan and annual project plans, the State and local governments may reduce or exempt the following charges, etc. for a person who has obtained approval of project implementation under Article 13:
1. 「개발이익환수에 관한 법률」에 따른 개발부담금
1. Development charges under the Restitution of Development Gains Act;
2. 「초지법」에 따른 대체초지조성비
2. Substitute pasture creation costs under the Grassland Act;
3. 「공유수면 관리 및 매립에 관한 법률」에 따른 공유수면 점용료ㆍ사용료
3. Fees for occupation and use of public waters under the Public Waters Management and Reclamation Act;
4. 「하천법」에 따른 하천 점용료 및 하천수 사용료
4. River occupation fees and river water use fees under the River Act; and
5. 「농지법」에 따른 농지보전부담금
5. Farmland conservation charges under the Farmland Act.
