전파법 제80조(벌칙)

① 무선설비나 전선로에 주파수가 9킬로헤르츠 이상인 전류가 흐르는 통신설비(케이블전송설비 및 평형2선식 나선전송설비를 제외한 통신설비를 말한다)를 이용하여 「대한민국헌법」 또는 「대한민국헌법」에 따라 설치된 국가기관을 폭력으로 파괴할 것을 주장하는 통신을 한 자는 1년 이상 15년 이하의 징역에 처한다. <개정 2014.6.3, 2015.12.1>

② 제1항의 미수범은 처벌한다.
