전파법 제48조(무선설비의 효율적 이용)

① 시설자는 무선국 무선설비(우주국 무선설비는 제외한다)를 효율적으로 이용하기 위하여 필요하면 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 과학기술정보통신부장관의 승인을 받아 무선국 무선설비의 전부나 일부를 다른 사람에게 임대ㆍ위탁운용하거나 다른 사람과 공동으로 사용할 수 있다. <개정 2008.6.13, 2013.3.23, 2015.12.22, 2017.7.26>
