전파법 제35조(방송국의 개설조건 등)

① 방송국을 개설하려는 자는 다른 방송의 수신에 혼신을 일으키지 아니하도록 설치하여야 한다.

③ 방송통신위원회는 방송국을 개설하려는 자의 허가신청 내용이 제2항에 따른 개설조건에 적합하지 아니하면 설치장소의 이전 등 보완을 명할 수 있다.
