전통시장 및 상점가 육성을 위한 특별법 제53조의2(대지의 공지에 관한 특례)

시장정비사업구역 중 대통령령으로 정하는 지역에서 상가건물을 건축하는 경우 「건축법」에 따른 건축선 및 인접 대지 경계선으로부터 띄어야 하는 거리는 같은 법 제58조에도 불구하고 용도지역, 용도지구 및 건축물의 용도ㆍ규모ㆍ층수ㆍ도로상황 등을 고려하여 6미터 이내의 범위에서 대통령령으로 따로 정한다.
