전통시장 및 상점가 육성을 위한 특별법 제22조(전봇대이설비용 부담에 관한 특례)

시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 시설현대화사업 추진에 방해가 되어 도로에 설치된 전봇대를 옮기거나 땅속에 설치하기 위하여 「전기사업법」 제2조제2호에 따른 전기사업자에게 요청하는 경우 이설(移設) 등에 필요한 비용은 같은 법 제72조제1항에도 불구하고 그 시설현대화사업의 추진 주체와 전기사업자가 100분의 50의 비율로 부담하게 할 수 있다.
