전통무예진흥법 제9조(유네스코 국제무예센터의 설립)

① 「국제연합교육과학문화기구(유네스코) 후원 청소년 발달과 참여를 위한 국제무예센터(카테고리 2)에 관한 대한민국 정부와 유네스코 간의 협정」의 이행을 장려하고, 세계 전통무예의 보존 및 진흥을 위하여 유네스코 국제무예센터(이하 "국제무예센터"라 한다)를 설립한다.

(1) The^ð더 UNESCO유네스코우 International인터내셔늘 Martial마실 Arts아츠 Center센터 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð디 "International인터내셔늘 Martial마실 Arts아츠 Center")센터 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 to투 encourage엔커^r리지 implementation임플러멘테이션 of어^v브 the^ð디 Agreement어그^r리먼트 between비트윈 the^ð더 Government거^v버먼트 of어^v브 the^ð더 Republic^r리퍼블릭 of어^v브 Korea코^r리아 and앤드 UNESCO유네스코우 concerning컨서닝 the^ð디 International인터내셔늘 Martial마실 Arts아츠 Center센터 for^f포 Youth유^θ스 Development디^v벨럽먼트 and앤드 Engagement엔게이지먼트 under언더 the^ð디 auspices오스피시즈 of어^v브 UNESCO유네스코우 (Category캐터고^r리 2), and앤드 to투 preserve프^r러저^v브 and앤드 promote프^r러모우트 traditional트^r러디셔늘 martial마실 arts아츠 of어^v브 the^ð더 world.월드

② 국제무예센터는 법인으로 한다.

(2) The^ð디 International인터내셔늘 Martial마실 Arts아츠 Center센터 shall섈 be비 a어 juristic주어^r리스틱 person.퍼슨

③ 국제무예센터는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 임원과 필요한 직원을 둔다.

(3) The^ð디 International인터내셔늘 Martial마실 Arts아츠 Center센터 shall섈 have해^v브 officers오^f퍼서즈 and앤드 necessary네서세^r리 employees엠플로이이즈 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation.인코퍼^r레이션

④ 국제무예센터에 관하여 이 법에서 규정한 것 외에는 「민법」 중 재단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다.

⑤ 국가 및 지방자치단체는 예산의 범위에서 국제무예센터의 운영에 필요한 경비를 지원할 수 있다.

(5) The^ð더 State스테잇 and앤드 local로우클 governments거^v버먼츠 may메이 support서포트 expenses익스펜시즈 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 the^ð디 operation아퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 the^ð디 International인터내셔늘 Martial마실 Arts아츠 Center센터 within위^ð딘 budgetary버지테^r리 limits.리멋츠
