전자조달의 이용 및 촉진에 관한 법률 제16조(계약 관련 정보 등의 관리 및 제공)

① 조달청장은 입찰정보, 계약 관련 정보 및 「물품목록정보의 관리 및 이용에 관한 법률」 제2조제3호에 따른 물품목록정보(이하 "물품목록정보"라 한다)를 전자조달시스템을 통하여 체계적으로 관리하여야 한다.

② 전자조달이용자는 제1항에 따라 전자조달시스템을 통하여 관리되는 물품목록정보를 등록하거나 수정할 필요가 있는 경우에는 조달청장에게 물품목록정보의 등록 또는 변경을 요청하여야 한다.

③ 조달청장은 수요기관의 장 또는 제15조에 따라 조달청장의 승인을 받은 수요기관 외의 자가 제1항에 따른 입찰정보, 계약 관련 정보 또는 물품목록정보의 제공을 요청하는 경우에는 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 정보를 제공한다.
