전자정부법 시행령 제74조(감리원의 자격 및 교육)

① 법 제60조제1항에서 "등급별 기술자격 등 대통령령으로 정하는 일정한 자격"이란 별표 3에서 정하는 자격을 말한다.

② 법 제60조제1항에 따라 감리원이 받아야 하는 교육은 별표 4와 같다. 다만, 감리원의 등급별 기술자격 및 교육내용 등을 고려하여 행정안전부장관이 인정하여 고시하는 교육을 이수한 경우에는 별표 4에 따른 교육의 전부 또는 일부를 대체할 수 있다. <개정 2016.12.30, 2017.7.26>

③ 제1항 및 제2항에서 규정한 사항 외에 감리원의 자격 및 교육에 관하여 필요한 사항은 행정안전부장관이 정하여 고시한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>
