전자정부법 시행령 제24조(전자문서의 서식)

① 중앙행정기관등의 장은 법 제25조제2항에 따라 전자문서의 서식을 마련하는 경우에는 기존 서식을 활용하되 가능하면 도표나 선분(線分) 등을 사용하지 아니하여야 하며, 수수료ㆍ구비서류ㆍ처리절차 및 처리기간 등 인터넷을 통하여 안내할 수 있는 부분을 포함시키지 아니하여야 한다. <개정 2014.7.28>

② 중앙행정기관등의 장은 제1항의 전자문서의 서식에도 불구하고 전자민원창구 또는 통합전자민원창구에서 직접 내용을 적도록 하는 전자문서의 서식을 따로 사용할 수 있다. <개정 2014.7.28>

③ 중앙행정기관등의 장이 제1항 또는 제2항의 전자문서의 서식을 해당 중앙행정기관등의 전자민원창구 또는 통합전자민원창구에서 제공하는 경우에는 해당 전자문서의 서식이 관계 법률ㆍ대통령령ㆍ총리령ㆍ부령ㆍ조례ㆍ규칙 등(이하 "법령등"이라 한다)에서 정한 종이문서의 서식을 갈음하여 사용될 수 있다는 사실을 그 전자문서의 서식 아랫부분에 분명히 밝혀야 한다. <개정 2014.7.28>
