전자어음의 발행 및 유통에 관한 법률 제7조(전자어음의 배서)

① 전자어음에 배서를 하는 경우에는 전자어음에 배서의 뜻을 기재한 전자문서(이하 "배서전자문서"라 한다)를 첨부하여야 한다.

② 배서전자문서에는 전자어음의 동일성을 표시하는 정보를 기재하여야 한다.

(2) The^ð디 endorsement엔도스먼트 electronic일렉트^r라닉 document다큐멘트 shall섈 state스테잇 information인^f퍼메이션 indicating인더케이팅 the^ð디 identity아이덴티티 of어^v브 the^ð디 electronic일렉트^r라닉 bill.빌

③ 배서인이 타인에게 「전자문서 및 전자거래 기본법」 제6조제1항에 따라 전자어음과 배서전자문서를 송신하고 그 타인이 같은 조 제2항에 따라 수신한 때에는 「어음법」 제13조제1항에 따른 배서 및 교부를 한 것으로 본다. <개정 2012.6.1>

(3) Where웨어 the^ð디 endorser인도서 transmits트^r랜즈밋츠 the^ð디 electronic일렉트^r라닉 bill빌 and앤드 endorsement엔도스먼트 electronic일렉트^r라닉 document다큐멘트 to투 another어너^ð더 person퍼슨 under언더 Article아터클 6 (1) of어^v브 the^ð더 Framework^f프^r레임워크 Act액트 on안 Electronic일렉트^r라닉 Documents다큐먼츠 and앤드 Transactions트^r랜잭션즈 and앤드 that^ð댓 person퍼슨 receives^r러시^v브즈 them^ð뎀 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2) of어^v브 the^ð더 same세임 Article,아터클 the^ð디 endorser인도서 is이즈 deemed딤드 to투 have해^v브 made메이드 the^ð디 endorsement엔도스먼트 and앤드 delivery딜리^v버^r리 under언더 Article아터클 13 (1) of어^v브 the^ð더 Bills빌즈 of어^v브 Exchange익스체인지 Act.액트

④ 피배서인(被背書人)이 다시 배서를 하는 경우에는 이전에 작성된 배서전자문서를 전자어음에 전부 첨부하고 제1항에 따른 배서를 하여야 한다.

(4) Where웨어 an앤 endorsee엔도시 endorses엔도시즈 again,어겐 all올 previously프^r리^v비어슬리 prepared프^r리페어드 endorsement엔도스먼트 electronic일렉트^r라닉 documents다큐먼츠 shall섈 be비 attached어태치트 to투 the^ð디 electronic일렉트^r라닉 bill빌 and앤드 the^ð디 endorsement엔도스먼트 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) shall섈 be비 made.메이드

⑤ 전자어음의 총배서횟수는 20회를 초과할 수 없다.

(5) The^ð더 total토우틀 number넘버 of어^v브 endorsements엔도스먼츠 of어^v브 an앤 electronic일렉트^r라닉 bill빌 may메이 not낫 exceed익시드 20.

⑥ 전자어음의 배서에 관하여는 제6조제3항을 준용한다. 이 경우 "발행인"은 "배서인"으로 본다.
