Enforcement Rule of the Digital Signature Act, Article 6 (Methods, etc. of Preparing Certification Practice Statements)

① 법 제15조제1항에 따른 인증업무준칙에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함돼야 한다.

② 운영기준 준수사실의 인정을 받은 전자서명인증사업자는 법 제15조제2항 및 제3항에 따라 전자서명인증업무의 휴지 또는 폐지 사실을 가입자에게 통보하려는 경우에는 서면, 전자우편, 팩스, 전화 또는 이와 유사한 방법 중 하나 이상의 방법으로 해야 한다.

③ 제2항에도 불구하고 운영기준 준수사실의 인정을 받은 전자서명인증사업자는 가입자의 연락처를 알 수 없는 등 불가피한 사유가 있는 경우에는 인터넷 홈페이지에 30일 이상 게시하는 것으로 제2항의 통보를 갈음할 수 있다.

④ 제1항에 따른 인증업무준칙의 세부적인 작성방법은 과학기술정보통신부장관이 정하여 고시한다.
