전북특별자치도 설치 및 글로벌생명경제도시 조성을 위한 특별법 제33조(고령친화산업복합단지의 지정 등)

① 보건복지부장관은 고령친화산업(「고령친화산업 진흥법」 제2조제2호에 따른 고령친화산업을 말한다. 이하 같다)의 육성과 관련 기술의 연구촉진 및 전문인력 양성 등을 위하여 전북자치도 내 국가산업단지로 지정된 구역의 전부 또는 일부를 고령친화산업복합단지(이하 "복합단지"라 한다)로 지정ㆍ고시할 수 있다.

② 보건복지부장관이 복합단지를 지정할 때에는 지원위원회의 심의를 거쳐야 한다.

③ 복합단지의 관리는 「산업집적활성화 및 공장설립에 관한 법률」에 따른 산업단지의 관리절차에 따른다.
