전북특별자치도 설치 및 글로벌생명경제도시 조성을 위한 특별법 제117조(감사위원회의 설치 및 직무 등)

① 「지방자치법」 제190조(「지방교육자치에 관한 법률」 제3조에 따라 준용되는 경우를 포함한다) 및 「지방공무원법」 제81조에도 불구하고 감사대상 기관 및 그 기관에 속한 자의 제반 업무와 활동 등을 조사ㆍ점검ㆍ확인ㆍ분석ㆍ검증하고 제121조에 따라 그 결과를 처리하는 행위(이하 "자치감사"라 한다)를 수행하기 위하여 도지사 소속으로 감사위원회를 둔다.

② 감사위원회는 그 직무에 있어서는 독립된 지위를 가진다.

(2) The^ð디 Audit오딧 Committee커미티 shall섈 have해^v브 an앤 independent인디펜던트 status스태터스 in인 performing퍼^f포밍 its잇츠 duties.두티즈

③ 감사위원회는 감사위원회의 위원장(이하 "감사위원장"이라 한다) 1명을 포함한 7명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

(3) The^ð디 Audit오딧 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 composed컴포우즈드 of어^v브 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 seven세^v븐 members,멤버즈 including인클루딩 one원 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð디 Audit오딧 Committee커미티 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 "Audit오딧 Committee커미티 chairperson").체어퍼슨

④ 위원은 도조례로 정하는 자격을 갖춘 사람 중에서 도지사가 임명 또는 위촉하되, 위원 중 2명은 도의회에서, 2명은 도교육감이 각각 추천하는 사람을 위촉한다.

(4) The^ð더 members멤버즈 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 or오 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 Governor거^v버너 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 persons퍼슨즈 meeting미팅 the^ð더 qualifications콸러^f퍼케이션즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Province프^r라^v븐스 ordinance,오더넌스 and앤드 two투 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 shall섈 be비 commissioned커미션드 from^f프^r럼 persons퍼슨즈 recommended^r레커멘디드 by바이 the^ð더 Provincial프^r러^v빈실 Council카운슬 and앤드 two투 from^f프^r럼 persons퍼슨즈 recommended^r레커멘디드 by바이 the^ð더 Provincial프^r러^v빈실 Superintendent수퍼^r런텐던트 of어^v브 Education.에저케이션

⑤ 전북자치도 소속 공무원이 아닌 위원의 임기는 3년으로 한다. 다만, 보궐위원의 임기는 전임자의 잔여기간으로 한다.

⑥ 자치감사의 구체적인 방법, 범위 및 자치감사 활동에서 일반적으로 준수되어야 할 기준 등 자치감사에 필요한 세부적인 사항은 감사위원회의 의결을 거쳐 감사위원장이 정한다.

⑦ 그 밖에 감사위원회의 구성 및 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 도조례로 정한다.
