전남광주통합특별시 설치를 위한 특별법 제87조(자치경찰제에 관한 특례)

① 통합특별시장은 관할구역 내 지방행정과 치안행정 간의 연계를 강화하기 위하여 「국가경찰과 자치경찰의 조직 및 운영에 관한 법률」 제18조에 따른 전남광주통합특별시 자치경찰위원회를 통하여 자치경찰의 조직ㆍ사무 등에 관한 개선방안을 마련할 수 있다.
