전남광주통합특별시 설치를 위한 특별법 제74조(인구감소지역에 대한 영ㆍ유아교육 및 보육 지원 특례)

① 「인구감소지역 지원 특별법」 제2조제1호에 따른 인구감소지역 내 소재(어린이집 미설치 지역에 한정하며, 구체적인 지역은 통합특별시조례로 정한다)한 유치원의 장은 영ㆍ유아의 교육ㆍ보육을 위하여 필요한 경우 「유아교육법」 제11조제1항에도 불구하고 3세 미만의 아동의 유치원 입학을 허용할 수 있다.
