Special Act on the Establishment of the Jeonnam-Gwangju Integrated Special City, Article 291 (Special Provisions on Establishing and Operating the Farmland Management Committee)

① 통합특별시장은 「농지법」 제37조의3에도 불구하고 다음 각 호의 사항에 대한 자문을 응하게 하기 위하여 통합특별시에 농지관리위원회를 둔다.

② 제1항에 따른 농지관리위원회의 위원, 위원장 및 위원의 임기에 관하여는 「농지법」 제37조의3제2항부터 제4항까지를 준용한다. 이 경우 "농림축산식품부장관"은 "통합특별시장"으로 본다.
