전남광주통합특별시 설치를 위한 특별법 제263조(지능형 로봇산업 육성을 위한 지원 특례)

① 국가는 「지능형 로봇 개발 및 보급 촉진법」 제5조에 따른 기본계획 등을 수립할 때 통합특별시가 지능형 로봇의 개발과 보급을 효과적으로 추진할 수 있도록 필요한 사항을 우선적으로 반영할 수 있다.

② 국가는 「지능형 로봇 개발 및 보급 촉진법」 제6조제2항에도 불구하고 통합특별시 관할구역에서 추진되는 지능형 로봇의 연구개발, 실증, 보급 및 사업화를 위하여 통합특별시장이 요청하는 사업 또는 업무를 수행하는 자에 대하여 우선적으로 출연, 융자 또는 그 밖에 필요한 행정적ㆍ재정적 지원을 할 수 있다.
