전남광주통합특별시 설치를 위한 특별법 제250조(반도체산업 특화단지의 지정ㆍ지원 등에 관한 특례)

① 산업통상부장관은 통합특별시장이 「국가첨단전략산업 경쟁력 강화 및 보호에 관한 특별조치법」 제16조제1항에 따른 반도체산업 특화단지의 지정을 요청하는 경우 해당 지역을 반도체산업 특화단지로 우선 지정할 수 있다.

② 국가는 제1항에 따라 지정된 반도체산업 특화단지에 필요한 행정적ㆍ재정적 지원을 할 수 있다.

③ 국가는 반도체산업 특화단지의 원활한 조성ㆍ운영을 위하여 다음 각 호의 산업기반시설을 신속하게 조성ㆍ지원하여야 하며, 그에 따른 비용은 대통령령으로 정하는 기준에 따라 전부 또는 일부를 지원할 수 있다.
