전남광주통합특별시 설치를 위한 특별법 제231조(해상풍력 발전지구 내 면허어업 및 어업허가 특례)

① 통합특별시장은 해상풍력 발전사업의 원활한 추진과 수산업과의 상생공존을 위하여 해상풍력발전단지로 지정된 공유수면에서 「양식산업발전법」에도 불구하고 해상풍력발전시설의 설치ㆍ운영에 지장이 없는 범위에서 양식업(면허에 한정한다)을 허용할 수 있다.

② 통합특별시장은 해상풍력 발전단지 내 공유수면에서 해상풍력발전시설의 안전성 및 운영에 지장이 없는 범위에서 「수산업법」에 따른 어업을 허용할 수 있다.

③ 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 양식업 및 어업의 허용 기준, 대상 해역, 어업의 종류, 안전관리 및 조업 제한에 관한 사항은 통합특별시장이 정하여 고시한다.
