전남광주통합특별시 설치를 위한 특별법 제192조(국가산업단지의 지정요청 등에 관한 특례)

① 통합특별시장은 「산업입지 및 개발에 관한 법률」 제6조제2항에도 불구하고 국가산업단지의 지정이 필요하다고 인정하면 대상 지역을 정하여 국토교통부장관에게 국가산업단지로의 지정을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 통합특별시장은 미리 관계 행정기관의 장과 협의하여야 한다.
