전남광주통합특별시 설치를 위한 특별법 제179조(기후위기 적응센터 지정 및 평가 등에 관한 특례)

① 통합특별시장은 「기후위기 적응 및 회복력 강화에 관한 법률」 제26조에도 불구하고 지방기후위기적응대책의 수립ㆍ시행을 지원하기 위하여 통합특별시기후위기적응센터(이하 "적응센터"라 한다)를 지정할 수 있다. <개정 2026.9.22>

(1) Notwithstanding낫위^ð드스탠딩 Article아터클 26 of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 on안 Climate클라이멋 Crisis크^r라이시스 Adaptation애덥테이션 and앤드 Resilience^r리질리언스 Strengthening,스트^r렝^θ써닝 the^ð더 Mayor메이어 of어^v브 the^ð디 Integrated인터그^r레이티드 Special스페실 City시티 may메이 designate데저그네잇 an앤 Integrated인터그^r레이티드 Special스페실 City시티 Climate클라이멋 Crisis크^r라이시스 Adaptation애덥테이션 Center센터 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 an앤 "adaptation애덥테이션 center")센터 to투 support서포트 the^ð더 formulation^f포뮬레이션 and앤드 implementation임플러멘테이션 of어^v브 local로우클 climate클라이멋 crisis크^r라이시스 adaptation애덥테이션 measures.메저즈

② 적응센터는 기후위기적응대책 추진을 위한 조사ㆍ연구 등 기후위기 적응 관련 사업을 수행한다.

(2) The^ð디 adaptation애덥테이션 center센터 shall섈 carry캐^r리 out아웃 projects프^r라젝츠 related^r릴레이티드 to투 climate클라이멋 crisis크^r라이시스 adaptation,애덥테이션 such서치 as애즈 surveys서^v베이즈 and앤드 research^r리서치 for^f포 promoting프^r러모우팅 climate클라이멋 crisis크^r라이시스 adaptation애덥테이션 measures.메저즈

③ 통합특별시장은 적응센터에 대하여 수행실적 등을 평가할 수 있다.

(3) The^ð더 Mayor메이어 of어^v브 the^ð디 Integrated인터그^r레이티드 Special스페실 City시티 may메이 evaluate이^v밸류에잇 the^ð더 performance퍼^f포먼스 and앤드 the^ð더 like라이크 of어^v브 the^ð디 adaptation애덥테이션 center.센터

④ 국가 및 통합특별시는 적응센터에 대하여 예산의 범위에서 사업을 수행하는 데에 필요한 비용의 전부 또는 일부를 지원할 수 있다.

(4) The^ð더 State스테잇 and앤드 the^ð디 Integrated인터그^r레이티드 Special스페실 City시티 may,메이 within위^ð딘 budgetary버지테^r리 limits,리멋츠 support서포트 all올 or오 part파트 of어^v브 the^ð더 costs카스츠 required^r리콰이어드 for^f포 the^ð디 adaptation애덥테이션 center센터 to투 carry캐^r리 out아웃 its잇츠 projects.프^r라젝츠
