전남광주통합특별시 설치를 위한 특별법 제174조(특례의 존속기한)

① 제172조 및 제173조의 특례는 이 법 시행일부터 3년이 되는 날까지 그 효력을 가진다.

② 기후에너지환경부장관은 제1항에 따른 존속기한이 끝나는 날의 3개월 전까지 제172조 및 제173조의 특례의 운영성과 등을 평가하여 존속기한 연장 또는 폐지 등의 의견을 통합특별시장에게 통보하여야 하고, 통합특별시장은 통보받은 의견에 따라 필요한 조치를 하여야 한다.

③ 기후에너지환경부장관은 통합특별시장에게 제2항에 따른 평가에 필요한 자료의 제출을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 통합특별시장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 이에 따라야 한다.

In인 such서치 cases,케이시즈 the^ð더 Mayor메이어 of어^v브 the^ð디 Integrated인터그^r레이티드 Special스페실 City시티 shall섈 comply컴플라이 unless언레스 there^ð데어 are아 special스페실 grounds.그^r라운즈

④ 제2항에 따른 평가의 방법 및 절차 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
