전남광주통합특별시 설치를 위한 특별법 제113조(건축물에 대한 미술작품의 설치 등에 관한 특례)

통합특별시 관할구역에 건축하는 건축물에 대해서는 「문화예술진흥법」 제9조제1항에도 불구하고 일정 금액을 미술작품의 설치에 사용하여야 하는 건축물의 종류별 규모 기준을 대통령령으로 달리 정할 수 있다.
