전기용품 및 생활용품 안전관리법 시행령 제4조(위원회의 운영 등)

① 위원장은 위원회의 회의를 소집하고, 그 회의의 의장이 된다.

② 위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(2) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 are아 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members,멤버즈 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 are아 adopted어답티드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrent컨커^r런트 vote^v보우트 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

③ 위원회에 위원장의 명을 받아 위원회의 서무를 담당하는 간사 1명을 두고, 간사를 보좌하는 서기 1명을 둔다.

(3) The^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 have해^v브 one원 secretary세크^r러테^r리 who후 handles핸들즈 general제너^r럴 affairs어^f페어즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 under언더 the^ð더 direction더^r렉션 of어^v브 the^ð더 chairperson,체어퍼슨 and앤드 one원 clerk클러크 who후 assists어시스츠 the^ð더 secretary.세크^r러테^r리

④ 간사와 서기는 산업통상부 소속 공무원 중에서 산업통상부장관이 지명한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
