전기안전관리법 제21조의2(전기자동차 충전시설의 신고)

① 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자(이하 "전기자동차 충전시설 관리자"라 한다)는 전기자동차(「환경친화적 자동차의 개발 및 보급 촉진에 관한 법률」 제2조제3호에 따른 전기자동차를 말한다. 이하 같다) 충전시설을 설치 또는 변경하려는 경우에는 관할 시ㆍ도지사에게 해당 충전시설의 위치ㆍ설치수량ㆍ충전규격(충전시설의 전기용량을 포함한다) 등을 신고하여야 한다. 신고한 사항을 변경하려는 경우에도 또한 같다.

② 시ㆍ도지사는 제1항에 따라 신고 또는 변경신고를 받은 때에는 그 내용을 관할 소방서장 및 안전공사에 통보하여야 한다.
