전기사업법 제89조(다른 자의 토지의 지상 등의 사용)

① 전기사업자는 그 사업을 수행하기 위하여 필요한 경우에는 현재의 사용방법을 방해하지 아니하는 범위에서 다른 자의 토지의 지상 또는 지하 공간에 전선로를 설치할 수 있다. 이 경우 전기사업자는 전선로의 설치방법 및 존속기간 등에 대하여 미리 그 토지의 소유자 또는 점유자와 협의하여야 한다. <개정 2011.3.30>

② 제1항의 경우에는 제88조제2항부터 제5항까지의 규정을 준용한다.
