전기사업법 시행령 제28조의2(전력정책심의회 위원의 해촉 등)

Enforcement Decree of the Electric Utility Act, Article 28-2 (Dismissal, etc. of Members of the Electric Power Policy Deliberation Council)

① 제28조제2항제1호에 따라 위원을 지정한 자는 위원이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 그 지정을 철회할 수 있다.
