전기공사공제조합법 제30조(예산과 결산)

① 조합은 매 사업연도의 사업계획과 예산서를 작성하여 해당 사업연도가 시작되기 2개월 전에 총회의 의결을 받아야 하고, 매 사업연도의 결산서를 작성하여 해당 사업연도가 끝난 후 2개월 이내에 총회의 의결을 받아야 한다.

② 제1항의 예산서 작성과 관련된 특별사업계정, 추가경정예산, 예비비 등에 필요한 사항은 정관으로 정한다.

③ 조합은 매 사업연도 경과 후 2개월 이내에 재무상태표와 손익계산서를 작성하여 주사무소, 지점 및 출장소에 갖추어 두고 재무상태표를 공고하여야 한다. <개정 2025.12.2>
