전기공사공제조합법 제21조(임원)

①조합에는 임원으로 이사장, 상근이사, 비상근이사 및 감사를 둔다. <개정 1997ㆍ12ㆍ13, 2010.4.12, 2011.5.24> <개정 2023.10.31>

② 이사장은 1명, 상근이사는 부이사장을 포함하여 3명 이내, 감사는 2명으로 하고, 비상근이사의 정수는 정관으로 정한다. <신설 2023.10.31>
