전기공사공제조합법 제18조(총회의 의결사항 및 의결정족수)

① 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사항은 총회의 의결을 받아야 한다.

③ 총회는 이 법과 정관에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우를 제외하고는 총출자좌수(제2항 단서에 따른 의결권 없는 좌수는 제외한다. 이하 같다)의 과반수에 해당하는 대의원의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석 좌수 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다. 다만, 제1항제1호의 경우에는 총출자좌수의 3분의 2 이상에 해당하는 대의원의 찬성을 얻어야 한다.
