전기공사공제조합법 제11조(지분의 양도 등)

① 조합원이나 조합원이었던 자는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 지분을 다른 조합원이나 「전기공사업법」에 따라 공사업의 등록을 한 공사업자로서 조합원이 되려는 자에게 양도할 수 있다. <개정 2011.5.24>

② 제1항에 따라 지분을 양수한 자는 그 지분에 관한 양도인의 조합원으로서의 권리ㆍ의무를 승계한다. <개정 2011.5.24>

④ 민사집행절차 또는 국세 등의 체납처분절차에 따라 행하는 지분의 압류ㆍ가압류는 「민사집행법」 제233조에 따른 지시채권(指示債權)의 압류ㆍ가압류의 방법에 따른다. <개정 2011.5.24>
