전기공사공제조합법시행령 제12조(보증의 한도)

①법 제45조제1항의 규정에 의하여 조합이 보증할 수 있는 보증의 한도는 조합의 출자금과 준비금을 합산한 금액의 20배까지로 한다. 다만, 금융기관ㆍ보험회사 또는 이와 유사한 기관등으로부터 보증이나 보험에 의한 보장을 받아 보증하는 경우와 담보물을 제공받고 보증하는 경우에는 조합의 보증한도에 이를 포함하지 아니한다.

②제1항의 규정에 의하여 보증한도를 정하는 경우 출자금과 준비금은 각 사업연도의 전년도말 결산액을 기준으로 한다. 다만, 사업연도중에 증자를 하였거나 자산을 재평가한 경우에는 증자 또는 자산재평가를 마친 때의 출자금과 준비금을 기준으로 한다. <개정 2011.1.13>
