재해위험 개선사업 및 이주대책에 관한 특별법 시행령 제32조(환매가액)

법 제25조제1항에 따라 수용 당시의 토지 등의 소유자 또는 그 포괄승계인이 개선사업에 필요 없게 된 토지 등을 환매하는 경우 보상금에 보상금 지급일부터 환매일까지의 법정이자를 합산하여 사업시행자에게 지급하여야 한다.
