재해구호법 시행규칙 제7조(지역구호센터의 구성)

①법 제8조제3항에 따라 지역구호센터에는 총괄관ㆍ조정관ㆍ통제관 및 실무반을 둔다.

②제1항에 따른 총괄관은 구호기관의 부단체장이 되고, 조정관 및 통제관은 구호기관의 구호업무를 담당하는 부서의 국장 및 과장이 된다.

③제1항에 따른 실무반에는 이재민구호반, 의료지원반, 감염병관리반, 위생지도반을 각각 두며, 실무반의 반장은 해당 구호업무를 담당하는 부서의 담당으로 구성한다. <개정 2016.12.12>
