재해경감을 위한 기업의 자율활동 지원에 관한 법률 제28조(재해경감활동 정보의 수집 및 보급)

① 행정안전부장관은 재해경감활동에 필요한 다음 각 호의 정보를 수집하고 기업 및 관련 단체 등에 보급할 수 있다. <개정 2010.3.31, 2013.8.6, 2016.5.29, 2017.7.26>
