Enforcement Decree of the Act on Support for Voluntary Activities of Businesses for Disaster Reduction, Article 2 (Timing and Procedures for Investigation, Analysis, and Evaluation of Disaster Reduction Activity Plans)

① 행정안전부장관은 「재해경감을 위한 기업의 자율활동 지원에 관한 법률」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제6조제1항에 따라 기업의 재해경감활동계획 등에 대한 조사ㆍ분석 및 평가(이하 "조사"라 한다)를 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 때에 실시한다. <개정 2016.1.19, 2016.11.29, 2017.7.26>

② 조사는 서면조사를 원칙으로 한다. 다만, 현장 확인이 필요한 경우 현지조사를 실시할 수 있다.
