Enforcement Decree of the Consular Assistance Act for Protection of Overseas Korean Nationals, Article 9 (Guidance on Criminal Procedures, etc.)

① 재외공관의 장은 법 제11조제2항에 따라 체포ㆍ구금 또는 수감된 재외국민(재외국민의 가족 등 연고자가 요청하는 경우에는 가족 등 연고자를 포함한다)에게 다음 각 호의 사항에 관한 정보를 제공해야 한다.
