재외공관 공증법 시행령 제4조(일자인의 비치)

① 공관에는 확정일자인과 신탁표시일자인을 갖추어 놓아야 한다.

② 제1항의 확정일자인은 원형으로 하며, 지름 2.5센티미터의 안 둘레와 지름 3.5센티미터의 바깥 둘레를 두고, 안 둘레와 바깥 둘레 사이에 공관명을 한글 및 영어 또는 그 밖의 외국어로 새기며, 안 둘레 안에 주재지역명을 영어 또는 그 밖의 외국어로, 날짜를 아라비아 숫자로, 공증담당영사를 한글로 각각 새긴다. <개정 2017.3.20>
