재외공관 공증법 시행령 제32조(번역문의 인증)

① 번역문을 인증하는 경우에는 촉탁인에게 별지 제34호서식의 인증문의 서약인란에 정해진 사항을 적은 후 서명날인하도록 해야 한다. 다만, 번역문의 빈자리에 인증하는 경우에는 별표 2 제3호에 따른 인증문을 날인하고 서명한 후 직인을 찍는다. <개정 2017.3.20, 2021.1.5>

② 서약인이 번역문을 직접 작성하지 아니한 경우에는 공증촉탁서의 촉탁인란에 서약인의 인적사항을 적도록 하고, 대리인 등의 기재란에 "번역인"이라고 표시한 후 그 인적사항을 적도록 하여야 한다.

③ 제2항의 촉탁서에는 촉탁인의 확인에 관한 증명서류 외에 번역인의 인적사항에 관한 증명서류의 사본을 촉탁서 뒤에 첨부하여야 한다.

④ 인증서류는 별지 제25호서식의 인증서 표지, 번역문, 원문 및 별지 제34호서식의 인증문의 순서로 묶어 촉탁인에게 내주어야 한다. <개정 2017.3.20>
