재외공관 공증법 시행령 제29조(사서증서 등본 또는 사본의 인증)

① 사서증서 등본 또는 사본을 인증하는 경우에는 별지 제25호서식의 인증서 표지를 사서증서 등본 또는 사본 앞에 붙이고, 별지 제28호서식의 인증문을 사서증서 등본 뒤에 붙여야 한다. 다만, 사서증서 등본 또는 사본의 빈자리에 인증하는 경우에는 별표 2 제2호에 따른 인증문을 날인하고 서명한 후 직인을 찍는다. <개정 2017.3.20>

② 공증담당영사는 제1항에 따른 인증서 사본을 사서증서인증서 사본철에 접수번호 순서로 묶어 보존하여야 한다. <개정 2017.3.20>
