재난안전산업 진흥법 제7조(재난안전산업 분류체계 수립)

① 행정안전부장관은 재난안전산업 분야의 효율적인 관리를 위하여 재난안전산업 분류체계를 수립하고 지속적으로 보완ㆍ발전시켜야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 분류체계 수립에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
