재난안전산업 진흥법 제23조(수수료)

다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자는 행정안전부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 행정안전부장관에게 수수료를 내야 한다. 다만, 행정안전부장관이 제26조에 따라 업무를 위탁한 경우에는 그 업무를 위탁받은 기관ㆍ법인 또는 단체에 수수료를 내야 한다.
