장애인복지법 시행령 제36조의6(신고의무자에 대한 교육 내용 등)

① 법 제59조의4제6항 및 제7항에 따른 장애인학대 및 장애인 대상 성범죄의 예방 및 신고의무와 관련된 교육(이하 "장애인학대 및 장애인 대상 성범죄 예방 교육"이라 한다)에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다. <개정 2016.6.28, 2021.6.29, 2024.2.6>

(1) Education에저케이션 related^r릴레이티드 to투 the^ð더 prevention프^r리^v벤션 of어^v브 abuse어뷰스 of어^v브 persons퍼슨즈 with위^ð드 disabilities디서빌러티즈 and앤드 sex섹스 crimes크^r라임즈 against어겐스트 persons퍼슨즈 with위^ð드 disabilities디서빌러티즈 and앤드 the^ð더 duty두티 to투 report^r리포트 them^ð뎀 under언더 Article아터클 59-4 (6) and앤드 (7) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 "education에저케이션 on안 preventing프^r리^v벤팅 abuse어뷰스 of어^v브 persons퍼슨즈 with위^ð드 disabilities디서빌러티즈 and앤드 sex섹스 crimes크^r라임즈 against어겐스트 persons퍼슨즈 with위^ð드 disabilities")디서빌러티즈 shall섈 include인클루드 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 matters:매터즈

② 법 제59조의4제2항 각 호에 따른 소관 중앙행정기관의 장(이하 이 조에서 "소관 중앙행정기관의 장"이라 한다)은 같은 항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람의 자격 취득 과정이나 보수교육 과정에 장애인학대 및 장애인 대상 성범죄 예방 교육을 1시간 이상 포함시켜야 한다. 이 경우 소관 중앙행정기관의 장은 장애인학대 및 장애인 대상 성범죄 예방 교육을 다음 각 호의 교육과 함께 실시할 수 있다. <개정 2016.6.28, 2021.6.29>

③ 법 제59조의4제2항에 따른 신고의무자가 소속된 기관ㆍ시설 등의 장(이하 이 항에서 "소속기관의장"이라 한다)은 소속 장애인학대 신고의무자에게 신고의무에 관한 교육을 매년 1시간 이상 실시해야 한다. 이 경우 소속기관의장은 신고의무에 관한 교육을 다음 각 호의 교육과 함께 실시할 수 있다. <개정 2021.6.29>

④ 장애인학대 및 장애인 대상 성범죄 예방 교육은 집합 교육 또는 인터넷 강의 등을 활용한 원격 교육으로 할 수 있다. <개정 2021.6.29>
