장애인복지법 시행규칙 제33조(자립훈련비 지급 등)

① 법 제43조제1항에 따른 자립훈련비의 지급대상자는 장애인복지시설에서 자립을 목적으로 훈련을 받는 장애인으로 한다.

② 자립훈련비의 지급대상과 종류별 지급금액 등에 관한 세부기준은 매년 예산의 범위에서 보건복지부장관이 정한다. <개정 2008.3.3, 2010.3.19>
