장애인복지법 시행규칙 제24조(자녀교육비 지급대상자 선정)

① 제23조에 따라 자녀교육비를 지급받으려는 자는 학비지급신청서에 소득ㆍ재산신고서, 금융정보등의 제공 동의서와 재학증명서나 입학을 증명할 수 있는 서류를 첨부하여 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2009.12.31, 2012.7.27>

(1) A어 person퍼슨 who후 intends인텐즈 to투 receive^r러시^v브 children's칠드^r런즈 education에저케이션 expenses익스펜시즈 pursuant퍼수언트 to투 Article아터클 23 shall섈 submit서브밋 an앤 application애플러케이션 for^f포 payment페이먼트 of어^v브 school스쿨 expenses익스펜시즈 to투 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 a어 Si/Gun/Gu,시 attaching어태칭 a어 report^r리포트 on안 income인컴 and앤드 property,프^r라퍼티 a어 consent컨센트 to투 the^ð더 provision프^r러^v비전 of어^v브 financial^f퍼낸실 information,인^f퍼메이션 etc.,엣세터^r러 and앤드 a어 certificate서티^f피컷 of어^v브 enrollment엔^r로울먼트 or오 documents다큐먼츠 that^ð댓 can캔 prove프^r루^v브 admission.애드미션

② 제1항에 따라 자녀교육비 지급신청을 받은 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제23조제1항에 따른 자녀교육비 지급대상자의 해당여부를 결정하여 신청인에게 통보하여야 한다.

③ 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제2항에 따른 자녀교육비의 지급대상자 결정을 위하여 관계공무원으로 하여금 신청한 장애인가구의 소득과 재산을 확인하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2009.12.31>
