장기등 이식에 관한 법률 제44조(벌칙)

1. 제11조제1항을 위반하여 감염성병원체에 감염된 장기등, 암세포가 침범한 장기등 또는 이식대상자의 생명ㆍ신체에 위해를 줄 우려가 있는 장기등을 적출하거나 이식한 자

2. 제11조제2항을 위반하여 이식대상자가 정하여지지 아니한 장기등을 적출한 자

4. 제11조제4항을 위반하여 16세 이상인 미성년자의 장기등을 적출한 자

7. 제18조제2항을 위반하여 뇌사판정을 한 자

8. 제22조제1항 또는 제2항을 위반하여 본인 등의 동의를 받지 아니하고 장기등을 적출한 자

9. 제22조제3항을 위반하여 뇌사자로부터 장기등을 적출한 자
