장기등 이식에 관한 법률 제31조(비밀의 유지)

Act on Organ and Other Transplants, Article 31 (Maintenance of Confidentiality)

① 국립장기이식관리기관ㆍ등록기관ㆍ뇌사판정기관(제16조제5항에 따른 의료기관을 포함한다)ㆍ이식의료기관(제25조제3항 단서에 따른 의료기관을 포함한다)ㆍ뇌사판정대상자관리전문기관ㆍ장기구득기관에 종사하는 사람으로서 대통령령으로 정하는 사람은 이 법에서 특별히 규정한 경우 외에는 해당 장기등기증자 등의 등록, 뇌사판정대상자 관리, 장기구득 또는 장기등의 적출ㆍ이식과 관련된 업무를 담당하는 사람 외의 사람에게 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 행위를 하여서는 아니 된다.
