자유무역지역의 지정 및 운영에 관한 법률 제35조(역외작업 물품의 반출신고 등)

① 입주기업체가 역외작업에 의하여 가공 또는 보수된 물품을 반출장소에서 반출장소 외의 관세영역으로 반출하려는 경우에는 제29조제5항을 준용한다. <개정 2021.12.28>

② 입주기업체가 역외작업에 의하여 가공 또는 보수된 물품을 반출장소에서 국외로 직접 반출하려는 경우에는 제30조제1항 및 제3항을 준용한다. <개정 2021.12.28>

③ 입주기업체가 역외작업의 공정에서 발생한 폐품을 처분하려는 경우에는 세관장에게 신고하여야 한다.

④ 세관장은 제3항에 따른 신고를 받은 경우 그 내용을 검토하여 이 법에 적합하면 신고를 수리하여야 한다. <신설 2021.12.28>
