자유무역지역의 지정 및 운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제8조(입주계약의 체결 등)

① 법 제11조제1항에 따라 입주계약 또는 변경계약을 체결하려는 자는 산업통상자원부령으로 정하는 신청서에 법 제10조제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당함을 증명하는 서류를 첨부하여 해당 지역을 관할하는 관리권자에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2016.7.26>

② 법 제11조제1항 후단에 따라 변경계약을 체결하여야 하는 경우는 업종(「통계법」 제22조제1항에 따라 통계청장이 고시하는 한국표준산업분류상의 세세분류단위를 기준으로 한다) 또는 면적을 변경하려는 경우로 한다. <개정 2016.7.26>

③ 관리권자는 법 제11조제1항에 따라 입주계약 또는 변경계약의 신청을 받으면 7일 이내에 그 입주계약 또는 변경계약 여부를 결정하여 신청인에게 통지하여야 한다. <개정 2016.7.26>

④ 관리권자는 법 제11조제2항에 따라 우선적으로 입주계약을 체결하는 경우 외국인투자액과 그 비율, 수출액과 그 비율 등을 고려하여 우선순위기준을 자유무역지역 운영지침으로 정하여야 한다. <개정 2016.7.26>
